10th Annual Conference Registration Information

There are three ways to register:

1. Register online. (Credit card transactions are secure, and credit card information is encrypted.)
2. Register by phone. Call 617-636-1000
3. Register by mail. Fill in the online registration form, then print and mail it to:

Conference Registration Fees

Registration fees include Conference admission, continental breakfasts, lunches, and receptions.

*Includes individual ISDS membership

**Proof of student standing must be submitted within 2 business days of registration completion. Unofficial transcript and student ID for enrollment should be emailed to conference@syndromic.org.

Member Discounts
Current ISDS members can register for the December 2011 conference at a reduced fee. You are a member if you joined ISDS in 2011, or if you paid for 2011 membership when you registered for last year's conference in December 2010. If you wish to become an ISDS member now in order to qualify for the reduced conference fee, please click here and follow the link to "Join ISDS."
