2010 Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved for ISDS conference attendees at three hotels on the Canyons Resort campus. These hotels are: The Grand Summit Hotel ($115/night), The Silverado Lodge ($108/night) and The Sundial Lodge ($101/night).

Government room rates are available at $96/night at the Silverado or the Sundial Lodges. Guests registering under the government room block must identify themselves as being eligible for the government rate at the time of registration. Please also note that government rate attendees must show proper identification at the time of check-in in order to receive the government rate.

Please call 1-888-CANYONS (1-888-226-9667) to make your hotel arrangements at any of the three hotels. You must identify yourself as an ISDS conference attendee at the time of registration.

These room rates are in effect until November 1, 2010.

A deposit of one night's stay will be required at the time of the reservation. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.  A credit card will be required upon individual’s check-in. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or down grades. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with the ISDS conference at the time the reservation is made.
